Carol returns to this "peaceful valley" for a transformational week of yoga, in what has to be one of the most beautiful yoga spaces in the world.

The covered shala allows for all the practice to be done outside in
nature, amongst the flowers and trees. There will be two daily yoga sessions with an early morning and evening meditation.

There is a free day in the middle of your week to explore the many
jewels in this sacred part of the world.
